Toll Offshore Petroleum Services is the owner-operator of the premier offshore supply bases at Loyang in Singapore, Sihanoukville in Cambodia, and Sattahip in Thailand.

Services
- Jetty and waterfront facilities, together with land-based storage facilities (warehouse space and open yards), to support mob/demob operations for a wide range of vessels (DSVs, survey vessels, drill ships, semisubmersible rigs, jack-up rigs, supply vessels, AHTS)
- In-house expertise and experience to support large scale mob/demob operations, including floating crane operations as well as land-based lifting operation
- Integrated supply base to support customer requirements for equipment and services (Operations, Equipment Rentals, Project & Contract Logistics, Customs clearance, vessel agency services, rental of storage facilities, procurement, supply of bulk materials, shiphandling services)
- Ability to support mob/demob operations and provide other support activities for vessels to be deployed in South-East Asia, Africa, India, Oceania, and even as far north as Sakhalin in Russia
- Freight and logistics services include supply chain management, inventory management, international freightforwarding, transportation, chartering and more
